Divine Enterprises LLC was formed in 2004 as a family real estate company. The roots behind Divine are faith, integrity, and stewardship — and those values shape every system, every suite, and every standard on this property.

Nathan and Michelle met in mechanical engineering classes at the University of Nebraska–Lincoln. The family later relocated to the Quad Cities region, where they built both Advanced Irrigation and Divine Enterprises LLC.
Advanced Irrigation has operated for over 26 years with virtually no advertising — built almost entirely through reputation, integrity, word-of-mouth trust, and consistent execution. That philosophy carries directly into Divine.
